Travel Customer Service Advisor working for a specialist travel provider based in the Stockport area . As a Travel Customer Service Advisor you will be assisting clients over the phone with existing booking queries , offering a high level of service whilst upselling products. The role will be working Monday to Friday 9-5.30 but flexibility will be required and offers a salary up to 18k which increases after probation up to 21k . This is a great opportunity for an experience travel consultant , airline reservations consultant or travel customer service advisor who is looking to join an established and growing travel provider

Travel Customer Service Advisor duties
-Assisting clients with new and existing bookings
-Offering advice and support to customers over the phone
-Working to the clients travel policy finding the most cost effective options
-Making changes and amendments

Travel Customer Service Advisor required
-Travel experience having worked as a Travel Agent , Travel Consultant , Travel Customer Service Advisor or Airline Reservations Consultant
– Excellent customer service skills
