TRAVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
UP TO £35K PLUS ANNUAL BONUS
SOUTH WEST LONDON

THE JOB
A luxury holiday company in South West London are looking for a Customer Service Manager in this hands-on role, managing a small team of Customer Service Executives. It’s a key role in the business overseeing the clients pre and post departure experience, as well as providing support to overseas teams during travel to resolve any guest issues, ensuring outstanding customer service is always maintained and managing any escalated issues.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
-An enthusiastic, flexible and committed approach
-Proven experience in an office-based travel customer service
management/supervisory/leadership role
-A background working in the travel industry is essential
-A genuine desire to provide exceptional service, experience of successfully
resolving customer complaints in an empathetic and understanding manner
– People management skills including managing, motivating and developing staff
– A high standard of written and spoken English
– Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
– A knowledge and understanding of the ABTA code of conduct would be desirable
– Ability to forge and maintain working relationships both internally, with clients
and travel suppliers
