Website Manager, Tour Operator, Up to £50k, Central London – Hybrid. A fantastic opportunity to join this well-established, award winning, experiential tour operator based in Central London.

Website Manager Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing
• As the Umbraco Superuser, you will be responsible for optimising the website using your web development and digital marketing expertise.
• Improve site performance and enhance user experience.
• Implement SEO best practices, troubleshoot any technical issues and utilise data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Create project roadmaps and use project management tools to ensure timely delivery of updates.
• Collaborate and communicate with marketing and wider business stakeholders to understand their goals and recommend cohesive strategies to achieve them.
• Work closely with web development suppliers, project managers and digital marketing teams.

Website Manager Skills Required

• Extensive experience using Umbraco
• A proven track record in website development, performance optimisation and using website analytics tools.
• An understanding and experience of analysing online user behaviours.
• Strong experience of SEO.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills.
• Experience in the travel, leisure or hospitality sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML and JS would be an advantage.

Website Manager Additional Details

• A basic salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
• Hybrid working (3 days in London, 2 days remote)
• 23 days holiday, rising to 27 with length of service plus birthday off and bank holidays. Option to buy additional leave.
