Karamna Beirut Restaurant opens

Dubai welcomed the launch of a signature fine dining outlet Karamna Beirut Restaurant. The outlet has been developed by restaurateur Tony Karam. The restaurant offers traditional delicacies.
Rene Vincent, general manager of Ramada Abu Dhabi, said: “The restaurant boasts a menu featuring select epicurean dishes gourmet Lebanese. Leading the culinary team at the restaurant is executive chef Mohamed Molla who has over three decades of experience.”
The main dining area can accommodate 98 people while the restaurant also features three private dining rooms for couples and families each with a capacity of six seats. Two of the private rooms can be combined into one making it the perfect venue for small groups and gatherings. The restaurants extensive menu includes favourites such as Hummus, Tabouleh, Muhammara, Kibbeh, Kibbeh Nayah Orfalyah, Kufata Nayah, Warak Enab, Arayes with Tahina, Maajoka and Shish Taok.
