LOT Polish Airlines adds Mallorca to 2026 schedule

LOT Polish Airlines, a member of Star Alliance, is set to expand its global network by introducing flights to Palma de Mallorca, Spain, starting 30 May 2026. The airline will operate three weekly flights from its hub in Warsaw, with departures scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The flights, using Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, will take approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes.

Mallorca, a popular tourist destination known for its sandy beaches and mountainous terrain, attracts over 13 million visitors annually. The island offers a wide range of activities, from peaceful retreats to vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal holiday spot. Additionally, Mallorca is a frequent stop on western Mediterranean cruises.

This new route is part of LOT Polish Airlines' broader strategy to enhance its presence in the Mediterranean region. The airline recently announced new routes to Málaga, Spain, starting 15 January, Bologna, Italy, from 31 March, and Heraklion, Greece, also commencing on 30 May 2026. In 2025, LOT added Thessaloniki, Greece, and Malta to its schedule.

LOT Polish Airlines, established in 1929, is one of the world's oldest airlines and a prominent brand in Central and Eastern Europe. It connects the region with destinations across the globe, including the US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and India, using advanced Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft for long-haul flights.
