Love & Cheesecake has unveiled SCOOPS, India's first scoopable cheesecake, aiming to redefine the traditional dessert experience.

This innovative creation blends the richness of classic cheesecake with a light, playful format, served in a crisp biscoff bowl. Available at all Love & Cheesecake outlets in Mumbai and Pune, SCOOPS starts at $3 (INR 250).

SCOOPS transforms the familiar cheesecake into a scoopable delight, perfect for both everyday indulgence and special occasions. The biscoff bowl adds a crunchy contrast to the airy cheesecake, making each scoop satisfying yet not overwhelming. "With SCOOPS, we wanted to reimagine cheesecake and make it feel new again," said Ruchyeta Bhatia, Co-founder of Love & Cheesecake. "It's playful, light, and adds joy to even the smallest moments."

Craftsmanship is at the heart of SCOOPS, with hand-crafted biscoff bowls and freshly prepared cheesecake. Chef Amit Sharma, Head Chef and Co-founder, highlighted the brand's commitment to innovation whilst maintaining their philosophy of honest, handcrafted indulgence. "Every flavour, every biscoff bowl, and every creamy scoop is prepared with the same care we bring to all our desserts," Sharma noted.

The SCOOPS collection boasts over seventy flavours, ranging from classics like Belgian Dark Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry to experimental options such as Avocado, Burnt Orange & Honey, and Pistachio & Raspberry. Nostalgic favourites like Bubblegum and Ferrero Rocher add a playful element, allowing customers to choose based on mood rather than expectation. SCOOPS expands the cheesecake experience, offering comfort and indulgence without the need for a specific occasion.
