Madinat Jumeirah expansion project approved

HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of UAE and ruler of Dubai recently passed a directive to launch the fourth phase of Madinat Jumeirah expansions which will cost AED2.5 billion.
The project’s announcement was made in the presence of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, crown prince of Dubai and chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, and HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai.
HH Sheikh Mohammed viewed details and outline of the project, which will face Burj Al Arab area in Jumeirah and includes a luxury five-star hotel, villas complex, restaurants and a commercial center featuring retail stores apart from an open walking area. As per directives, the project’s implementation should be speeded so that it can be completed before the end of 2015.
The luxury five-star hotel will have 420 rooms with sea views. The hotel will also feature a range of international restaurants and luxury amenities. The group of villas and hotel apartments in the project will be run by Jumeirah Living hosting 45 luxury villas and hotel apartments.
