Maharashtra plans SeaWorld project

Maharashtra has announced a SeaWorld project in Sindhudurg district.
Chhagan Bhujbal, Minister for Public Works & Special Assistance Department and Tourism for Maharashtra made the announcement at the inauguration of the Kiranpani-Aronda bridge. “Land owners have given their consent for the project and we will soon move for land acquisition. The project is aimed at attracting high-end tourists. A scuba-diving facility where visitors will be trained in scuba diving is also planned for Sindhudurg,” Bhujbal was quoted as saying by the Times of India.
