Midad and Diriyah to develop luxury Four Seasons in Diriyah

Midad Real Estate has partnered with Diriyah Company to co-develop a luxury Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. The $827 million (SAR 3.1 billion) investment will cover land and construction on a 235,938-square-metre site, aiming to boost tourism and economic growth in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

The development will feature a 159-room luxury hotel and private residences, setting new standards for hospitality in the Kingdom. The project was announced at a ceremony attended by key figures, including Ahmed Al Khateeb, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Tourism, and Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company.

Al Khateeb stated, “Saudi Arabia continues to set new benchmarks in destination development, and Diriyah stands at the forefront of this evolution.” Abdulelah bin Mohammed Al Aiban, President of Midad Real Estate, expressed excitement about bringing the Four Seasons experience to a significant heritage destination, emphasising the project's contribution to the Kingdom's tourism and cultural ambitions.

Jerry Inzerillo highlighted the significance of the joint development, noting, “The Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah will be one of our largest luxury hotels and we are proud to announce this joint development agreement with Midad.”

This project is part of a broader plan to develop nearly 40 luxury hotels across Diriyah, reinforcing Midad Real Estate's role in shaping Saudi Arabia's luxury real estate landscape. The collaboration underscores Midad's confidence in the opportunities presented by Diriyah's transformation.
