Mr & Mrs Smith plans new campaign

Hotel booking site Mr & Mrs Smith has announced it is to launch a new campaign in January following its recent brand reshuffle.
The company is to promote its booking service for young professional couples through the Mr & Mrs Smith brand to differentiate from the other markets the business now operates in.
Last year the parent company of Smith Collections was launched to also handle Smith & Family, Smith & Friends (for group breaks) and Smith & Co (for business travel). Next year’s self-proclaimed ‘daring’ campaign will be launched in line with Mr & Mrs Smith’s 10th anniversary.
“The campaign seeks to reaffirm the essence of the brand, which people fell in love with at its conception – a sexy, flirtatious offering targeted at young couples,” said Simon Cotterrell, strategic partners at Goosebumps, the brand consultancy behind the brand split and advertisements. “With a fresh take on this concept 10 years after Mr & Mrs Smith was established, we are aiming to capture a more youthful audience, with the young professional at its core.”
