Queenstown resort, Oaks Shores, has launched a new dining experience and unveiled a new prototype apartment as the property embarks on a major refurbishment.
Formerly Seasons Restaurant & Bar, the recently unveiled Shores Restaurant boasts a fresh look, and a new breakfast, dinner, tapas and wine menu created by executive chef Frank Bergiseker. The extensive restaurant revamp also included new music, lighting and heating systems, flooring, paint and furniture.
Oaks Shores’ serviced-apartment accommodation offering is also set to receive an upgrade, with the new apartment prototype also unveiled this week, boasting new furnishings, two 50-inch flat screen TVs, king-size bed, modern bathroom and floor to ceiling windows. All hotel rooms and apartments have already received new TVs and will be completely refurbished after the busy ski season wraps up.
