The tournament will feature the world's top padel players, showcasing the sport's growing popularity in Britain. Recent data from the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) indicates that padel participation has more than doubled, with 860,000 engaged players by the end of 2025, up from 400,000 in 2024. The number of padel courts has also increased significantly, with 1,553 courts across 559 venues by the end of 2025.
