This year, the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) UK & Ireland expands its training calendar to include an exciting new destination: Chester.
For the first time ever, PATA will be visiting the city as part of its Australasia & Pacific Roadshow, which takes place on 12th November at The Queen at Chester Hotel, 52 City Rd, Chester CH1 3AH.
Following the Chester debut, the PATA team will continue the journey north to Birmingham, hosting the second leg of the Australasia & Pacific Roadshow on 13th November at Revolución de Cuba Birmingham, 8 Temple St, Birmingham B2 5BN.
A new venue for engagement
The new training series offers travel agents an engaging, fast-paced evening of networking, destination insights, and connection-building with leading suppliers from across the Australasia and Pacific region.
Commenting on the upcoming events, PATA UK & Ireland marketing and events manager Chris Lee expressed excitement with regard to engaging with a greatner number of agents and covering a new area for PATA by visiting Chester.
Lee said: "Our brand-new Australasia & Pacific Roadshow will enable agents to network and learn with key hotels, tourist boards, airlines and products during a fun evening of speed-training sessions, food, drink, and of course, plenty of prizes, from luxury hotel stays and shopping vouchers to bottles of bubbles and craft beers.”
