Philippine Travel Sale Expo slated for 27 September

The Philippine Travel Sale Expo (TSE) returns for its 2024 run, featuring around 180 exhibitors offering would-be-travellers the best deals for their trips.

The TSE is slated for 27 to 29 September at the Megatrade Hall of the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City. Organisers expect at least 50,000 visitors during the three-day expo.

Participating entities include airlines, hotels, travel agencies, cruise liners, resorts, tour packages, event planners, insurance companies, embassies addressing visa concerns, and businesses offering travel essentials.

Among those supporting the TSE are the Department of Tourism (DOT), Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), Global Tourism Business Association (GTBA), One Klik Events, and the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA.)

A great deal to explore

TSE chair Michelle Taylan remarked: “There is much to see, learn, and explore in the Philippines and other countries through a simple vacation or business trip.”

She added that some of the Philippines’ regional neighbours will be promoting their own destinations during the TSE. Among those with booths at the event are tourism boards and travel-related enterprises from Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, and Brunei.
