In the lead-up to Navi Mumbai International Airport’s operationalisation on 25 December 2025, the Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) team conducted its first full-scale integrated passenger trial on 29 and 30 November 2025. The trial saw passengers pass through all key airport processes, including check-in, security, boarding, and baggage reclaim. Each process was observed and assessed to validate systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations from day one.
