I started my recruitment career with REED Accountancy Recruitment in the 1980\’s and worked for a number of Accountancy recruiters in London before setting up several recruitment companies in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Thailand. In 2012 I purchased TMS Asia Pacific and renamed it TMS Talent. I am also Chairman of Recruitment Training (UK) and Future Recruiters (UK).

Why Recruitment?

In the 1980\’s Recruitment was a sales career and I was in a dead end job as an Insurance Broker. Recruitment equalled freedom.

What Is Your Favourite Destination & Why?

Great Barrier Island, New Zealand – off the grid, paradise.
