Qantas will boost its London Heathrow services with the introduction of an extra weekly flight using its Airbus A380. The Australian carrier will receive its 11th and 12th A380s later this year, enabling it to boost its Melbourne-Singapore-London route to daily A380 services – up from six weekly flights.
In addition, Qantas will increase A380 flights on its Melbourne-Los Angeles route from four flights per week to daily, and will add a new A380 connection between Sydney and Hong Kong.
The Qantas A380 offers 450 seats in four classes, with 332 in economy, 32 in premium economy, 72 in business and 14 first class seats.
