The menu, crafted by Jordy Navarra, head chef and owner of Manila's Michelin-starred Toyo Eatery, includes a five-course dining experience. Passengers can enjoy dishes such as seared chilled scallops as an appetiser, braised beef short ribs tiyula itum for the main course, and a dessert of sans rival cake with Philippine chocolate sorbet. A light option of pansit noodle ensalada and a breakfast porridge of purรฉe of arroz caldo are also available. Ingredients are sourced sustainably from local suppliers, showcasing the best of Filipino produce.
