Radisson Hotel Group revives Bangkok icon

Radisson Hotel Group has unveiled the Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok, a revitalised landmark in the prestigious Ploen Chit district.

The hotel, which has been a staple in Bangkok for over 30 years, now offers 178 stylish rooms, three dining venues, and versatile event spaces, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

The Chateau de Bangkok, now under the Radisson brand, retains its timeless charm whilst incorporating modern amenities.

Tim Cordon, Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group, stated, "Thailand is one of our key markets in Southeast Asia, and we are delighted to strengthen our portfolio with the opening of Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok."

Hotel general manager Jean Pascal Bernet likewise expressed excitement about welcoming guests to the refreshed property, promising personalised service and warm hospitality.

Refinement revitalised

Conveniently located near major transport hubs, the hotel is a short drive from both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang International Airports, with the BTS Skytrain Ploenchit station just 400 metres away.

Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the city from spacious rooms and suites, some equipped with kitchenettes for long stays; the hotel is also pet-friendly, enhancing its appeal to a broader range of visitors.

Dining options include the Larder Lounge café, Château Botanique for Thai-French fusion cuisine, and the View Pool Bar on the 12th floor, offering cocktails with a view; and the hotel also features a fitness centre, spa, and outdoor pool, all located on the 12th floor.

For events, the hotel provides three venues, including the Crystal Lotus Hall, which can accommodate up to 250 guests.
