Ryanair reports 86% on-time rate in January

Ryanair has released its January customer service statistics, which show that 86% of the airline’s 51,000 flights during the month arrived on time.

The airline claims it received just two complaints per 1,000 customers during this time, less than one bag complaint per 1,000 customers and more than 99% of all complaints answered within 7 days

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:“Ryanair carried over 8.7 million customers in January with 86% of our flights arriving on-time, as we continued to improve our customer experience. With our expanding route network and additional enhancements under our “Always Getting Better” programme, Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than the lowest fares in Europe.”
