Thai Airways chooses IBS Software’s iLoyal to modernise its Royal Orchid Plus loyalty programme

SaaS solutions provider to the travel sector IBS Software announced that its iLoyal platform has been chosen by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) to digitally transform and modernise its Royal Orchid Plus Programme.

IBS Software’s head of loyalty solutions Marcus Puffer cited how Thai Airways understands the power of loyalty in driving meaningful customer relationships.
