Located in Nadesar, the new outlet is strategically positioned to serve both local customers and the influx of inbound and non-resident Indian travellers visiting Varanasi, a city known for its spiritual significance. The outlet offers a comprehensive range of forex services, including an exclusive inaugural offer of zero transaction fees. It will also serve nearby cities such as Bhadohi and Jaunpur, targeting key customer segments like students travelling overseas, holidaymakers, and foreign nationals.

The outlet's product-service portfolio includes 26 global currencies, overseas remittances to over 120 countries, and prepaid travel cards in partnership with Mastercard and Visa.
