Virgin Voyages sees Global Growth

With Unprecedented International Demand Signaling a Strong Start to 2026

Virgin Voyages is closing out 2025 at full speed, riding a wave of record international growth across the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The win is even sweeter as Richard Branson’s kid-free cruise line was crowned “Best Cruise Line for Adults” at The Sun’s 2025 Travel Awards.

Moving into 2026, Virgin Voyages continues to mature its global distribution strategy. The company is deepening its strength in the UK while simultaneously accelerating its expansion across Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Together, these markets now form the backbone of the cruise line’s growing international footprint, proof that Virgin’s design-led experience resonates far beyond North America.

In the UK – now Virgin Voyages’ second-largest global market – revenue is up 17% year-over-year. The company has experienced a 34% rise in average selling values paired with a 154% jump in Caribbean bookings among UK Sailors. Across Europe, Australia and New Zealand, momentum has been equally strong, with extended Mediterranean sailings and long-haul getaways to the Caribbean driving record numbers of new-to-cruise travellers.

“2025 has been a landmark year of growth across all our international markets,” said SJ Walker, Director of UK Sales. “The UK travel trade has truly embraced our brand, and we’ve seen traveller are booking earlier, sailing longer and choosing higher end experiences.”

Virgin Voyages has experienced transformative growth within the European market as well, with revenue increasing 65% year-over-year.

To celebrate a record-breaking year and its growing community of Sailors, Virgin Voyages has launched its most compelling Black Friday and Cyber Monday offer yet: Buy one Sailor, get the second 80% off, plus up to a $400 USD Bar Tab. The offer applies to all voyages, including the brand’s popular Eclipse Voyages, Panama Canal sailings, and new itineraries exploring the wonders of Alaska. Additionally, select voyages will start from $99 USD per Sailor, per night.
