Wayanad to get major boost

Wayanad tourism is expected to get a major tourism boost. The state government has prepared a master plan which will be submitted to the centre. Kerala’s Tourism Minister, A P Anil Kumar said that the Wayanad master plan is considered as a mega project, the Union Government would
sanction INR50 crore for tourism development purposes. The project is almost complete and it is in the final stages.
The entire stretch of Wayanad will be covered in the master plan. Responsible tourism will also be implemented in some areas where tribal community will also be linked.
