Hilton has announced the opening of The Den Bengaluru, marking the debut of its luxury brand, LXR Hotels & Resorts, in India. Situated in the vibrant Whitefield district, the hotel aims to blend heritage with innovation, offering a unique luxury experience that reflects the local culture and character.
The Den Bengaluru features 226 rooms and suites, four dining venues, and extensive event spaces. The hotel introduces two signature programmes: The Pause Programme, which offers calming rituals and curated sleep amenities, and Whitefield Unscripted, which encourages guests to explore the local area through curated experiences like the Whitefield Verandah Trail.
Zubin Saxena, Hilton's senior vice president and regional head for South Asia, highlighted the significance of the Indian market for Hilton's luxury growth. "Bengaluru is a natural market for this next phase of growth as it is globally connected, culturally dynamic, and home to a diverse community of travellers," he said.
The hotel also boasts wellness amenities, including The Sanctuary spa and The Studio fitness centre, alongside recreational spaces like The Playhouse and The Cave. Dining options range from the rooftop restaurant Layla to The Creek, an all-day dining venue.
Candice D’Cruz, vice president of Hilton Luxury Brands, Asia Pacific, noted, "The Den Bengaluru marks an important new chapter for LXR, bringing that global perspective to India whilst giving the collection a compelling new expression of Bengaluru and Whitefield."
The Den Bengaluru is part of the Hilton Honours programme, offering members exclusive benefits and digital tools for a seamless stay
