Job Description

All non-hotel services and booking management and re-confirmation
Job Sheet and allocation of services to guides, transport company and attraction.
Summary of services and reconfirmation sent to vendor 24 hour prior.
Ticket and service bookings with vendors.
Service confirmation SMS sent to each lead guest per booking for following day’s service.
Welcome Kit – Itinerary creation
Emergency number managements on weekly rotation
Coordination with Network office and Suppliers for bookings / negotiations etc.
Co-ordination with Internal hotel reservations team and provide local support wherever required.
On tour sale and Optional booking processed on system.
Follow up booking information from agents and update the system.
Processing and coordinating for post travel, refund/ waiver request/ amendment/ special request.
Operational email management
System booking management. Follow up with vendor.
Negotiating with hotels or vendors for query resolution.
On tour Reports and No-Show report update sent to agent.
Ensuring all processes as defined are followed without exception
Communicating daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Reporting Manager.
Coordination with all vendors in Pattaya & Bangkok for reports via Line
Coordination with networks offices, colleagues via WhatsApp / Line / Skype
Updating Finance with reports as requested.
