Responsibilities
- Platform and services availability, monitoring and alerting
- Track telemetry and work on services performance
- Coordinate and manage Incident Response Team (24/7)
- Procedures, protocols and operations related to incident responses
- Collaborate with teams to standarise workflows and customer communication during services outages and/or degretations
- Collaborate with teams to define SLAs, SLOs and runbooks
- Document incidents and advice on RCA documentation
- Document and advice on change managment processses
Requirements
- Collaborative and communicative person
- Team player
- Ability to use an extensive variety of technoloiges and tools
- At least 2 years of experience on DevOps or System Team

- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD system
- Experience with Azure, Goolge or other Public Cloud
- Experience with Ansibe or other Automation engines
- Experience in AKS and GKE
- Experience in Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Kibana or other monitoring tools
- Experience with Ansible or other automation engines
- Experience with WIndows and Linux servers
