GCS Recruitment are searching for a Supervisor to work with one of the leading hospitality industries based in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising, coordinating and monitoring of maintenance staff, to ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous service to our guests
• Having a hands-on approach and ensure that duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager are carried out in a prompt manner
• Maintaining clear and efficient communication and coordination with Maintenance Manager, reception and other departments
• Assigning duties to the team according to their area of specialisation
• Ensuring that all the preventative works are properly done in a timely manner according to pre-established schedules and checklists with Maintenance Manager
• Monitoring and controlling of equipment, materials, consumables and tools being used, whilst keeping the stores organised and secure.
• Conducting general maintenance administration
• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Possession of electrical licence A & B
• Previous experience working as a supervisor would be considered an asset
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
• Great command of the English language
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
• Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills
• An excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
