GCS Recruitment are searching for an Operations Coordinator with work for one of the leading iGaming companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment; such as hardware malfunctions
Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
Monitoring the accounting commission calculation and money transfers
Fraud monitoring and customer KYC
Preparing templates for printers and scanners
Using services of the IT Help Desk
Reporting to the Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Possessing a technical background and having previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
Coordination and operation skills, an executer
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and problem-solve
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
A team player with the ability to work on own’s initiative
Interest to travel, gain exposure and experience abroad
