Job Description

GCS Recruitment are searching for an Operations Coordinator with work for one of the leading iGaming companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
  • Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment; such as hardware malfunctions
  • Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
  • Monitoring the accounting commission calculation and money transfers
  • Fraud monitoring and customer KYC
  • Preparing templates for printers and scanners
  • Using services of the IT Help Desk
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Possessing a technical background and having previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
  • Coordination and operation skills, an executer
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and problem-solve
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • A team player with the ability to work on own’s initiative
  • Interest to travel, gain exposure and experience abroad
