THE JOB
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced operations analyst to join a leading online booking company. In this interesting role, you will be responsible for operational analysis and process improvement. Work closely with colleagues across the operations team, you’ll analyse operational capabilities and processes, play a key part in operational planning and drive operational improvement. Combing your extensive travel operations and fares’ knowledge with your superb analytical and problem-solving skills, you’ll resolve complex issues, collaborate with key stakeholders and continuously assess and enhance processes to guarantee an exceptional customer experience. This position would suit a travel operations specialist, with first-hand experience of booking air travel and ticketing, strong GDS knowledge and a genuine passion for travel.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven experience in a travel booking position (ticketing/airfares)
*Strong GDS knowledge – preferably Amadeus
*Working knowledge of fare distribution platforms such as ATPCO, Routehappy or Travelport
*Operations management experience, including process automation, would be highly advantageous
*Superb analytical and reporting skills
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
*Technology minded
