Cruise Consultant Home Based – This intuitive and expanding cruise company are looking to take homeworkers from anywhere in mainland UK for a full time Cruise Consultant role. You must have to have good WIFI at home. Homeworkers who have sold cruise or long-haul bespoke itineraries from home before.
The basic salary is £16K with a generous uncapped bonus scheme. OTE earnings is £22-24k but as it is uncapped most consultants earn between £25-35k. Start date 2nd December.

Cruise Consultant Home Based Duties –
Converting incoming calls, web chats and emails into bookings to meet personal sales targets.
Booking ancillary products and upselling where appropriate
Maximise sales leads by following up leads by outbound customers
Providing excellent call quality and being compliant with current industry regulations e.g. GDPR
Offering exceptional customer service by building rapport and using personal experience – making us stand out from our competitors and to encourage customer loyalty.

Cruise Consultant Home Based Skills Required –
Having a passion for the cruise industry and enthusiastic about selling cruises
Good cruise and travel product and system knowledge
At least 12 months previous retail sales experience – preferably in tour-operating or travel retail
Experience selling cruise or long-haul bespoke itineraries from home previously.
Experience working on board cruise lines preferred but not essential
Driven to want to exceed targets
Previous experience of using Amadeus/GDS flight systems preferred but not essential

Working hours is based on a 4-week rolling rota working.
