THE JOB
This is a superb opportunity for a GDS and Concur/OBT specialist to join a leading travel group in their vibrant London office. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll combine your travel industry experience and travel system knowledge to provide GDS and Concur support to agents and colleagues across the business. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, training and implementation, fraud reviews and process improvements.
For this position, travel industry experience is a must and would suit a solution-orientated, GDS and OBT expert with outstanding customer service skills.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven travel industry experience
*Strong Sabre GDS and Concur knowledge (additional GDS and OBT’s would be
advantageous)
*Superb customer service skills
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
