THE JOB
As an experienced Travel Administrator, you will undertake a range of admin duties, while supporting the reservations team and managing all office-related projects. You must have the ability to work under pressure while using your own initiative and following administrative procedures to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will also include processing tickets and invoices, as well as handling schedule changes and cancellations.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is essential
*Knowledge of GDS systems
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Highly organised and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
