Arabic and Polish Speaking Travel Consultant – Stockport

If you have experience working in the travel industry and speak both Polish and Arabic I would love to hear from you for this exciting opportunity.

This well-established company are currently seeking an Arabic and Polish speaking travel agent, travel consultant, travel advisor who can arrange and book travel itineraries for their customers. Using your knowledge to recommend and upsell on travel products whilst offering a high level of service throughout and be able to offer ongoing support and assistance to those customers. Each day will be different as not only will you have access to package holidays but will also be able to tailor-make holidays to create the most exciting itineraries for your customers.

If successful you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £20K and great company benefits including generous annual leave, discounted holidays, educational trips and so much more.

Due to where the clients you will be speaking with are based you will be asked to work between the hours of 6am – 4pm (Sunday – Friday) over a period of five days.

Polish and Arabic Speaking Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Use in-house software and reservations platform to complete travel enquiries
• Deal with and process inbound booking enquiries
• Using destination knowledge to recommend, sell and upsell on travel products
• Resolve enquiries and complaints

Polish and Arabic Speaking Travel Consultant Requirements:

• Polish and Arabic speaking
• Excellent phone and customer service experience
• Good destination knowledge to world-wide destinations
• Knowledge of a GDS system booking and ticketing flights (really desirable)
• Ability to offer a high level of service and be able to upsell on travel products
