An award winning , growing business based in the Manchester area are recruiting for a Learning & Development Partner to join their team. The Learning & Development Partner will work closely with the L&D Manager supporting the wider business projects and will be responsible for designing blended learning solutions that engage salespeople at all different levels across the business. As the Learning & Development Partner, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting them in their quest to improve their people and drive performance demonstrating strong communications skills.

Responsibilities for the Learning & Development Partner:

• Ability to undertake in depth data analysis identifying training needs to increase sales performance.
• Confidently deliver engaging virtual and classroom training sessions salespeople ensuring all learning objectives are met.
• Use a range of different techniques to evaluate learning solutions to drive ROI and make amendments to materials when needed.
• Provide stakeholders clear management information around L&D activity, development trends and feedback using Microsoft office.
• Be an advocate for learning and support the business in creating a learning culture.

Learning and Development Partner skills required:

• To have a positive attitude and “can do” mind set.
• Have ‘developing others’ at the centre of what you do.
• Presenting and communicating information.
• Confidence when delivering virtual and classroom training solutions.
• To be ambitious, resourceful and have great organisational skills.
• Experience of working in within a sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of the training cycle.
• Experience in the design and development of classroom and digital training materials.
