This well know travel company are currently recruiting for Customer Service Executives to deal with pre-departure queries and amendments. Paying £23K ote £ 25K, based in Colchester.

Pre-Departure Customer Service Executive – Responsibilities:
– Dealing with inbound calls from customers
– Making amendments to customer bookings
– Answering any customer queries
– Chasing tickets

Pre-Departure Customer Service Executive – Skills Required:
– Previous experience within travel
– Experience within a call centre corresponding with customers
– Excellent telephone manner.

Additional Information:
– Paying £23K OTE £25K
– Based in Colchester
– Working Mon – Fri 08.45 – 17.30/ 09.15 – 18.00 and every other Saturday
