Job Description

Regional Head of Acquisition – Holiday Rentals – North England and Scotland. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced head of sales /acquisition / contracting or market management to join one of the leading holiday rentals companies where you will be responsible for leading a team of new business managers to drive revenue and growth through acquiring new properties to the company’s portfolio.

Regional Head of Acquisition Responsibilities

Using your in-depth knowledge of the holiday letting market, you will create and deliver the property acquisition strategy throughout the north of England and Scotland, providing leadership and direction to a regional team. You will drive revenue through new property sign ups, provide monthly and quarterly forecasts to the business, work closely with operations on property onboarding and sales processes. You will support the team to identify new opportunities, communicate performance metrics to the team and implement methods to drive a high-performance culture. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure quality leads are being fed through to the team whilst ensuring maximum possible conversions of these in to new sign ups.

Regional Head of Acquisition Skills Required

  • A track record of sales management, contracting, market management or property acquisition, preferably in the holiday letting sector but similar industries such as travel, or wider property markets will also be considered.
  • In depth knowledge of the sales funnel and sales processes that will achieve targets
  • An inspirational sales leader with strong commercial and business acumen
  • A track record of leading high performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel around the UK
