Flight Centre Travel Academy is looking for a dynamic individual with travel industry experience and a passion for both the industry and training.
Flight Centre Travel Academy (FCTA) is Flight Centre’s external education business – offering university level courses and jobs and careers in the travel and tourism industry.

FCTA objectives are:
To be the education provider of choice for the travel and tourism industry
To provide successful jobs and careers for students
To open up the world to those who seek a brighter future
Day to day you will be:
Engaging people along with the co-ordination of development with current and newly created content
Providing coaching and student support
Ensuring a quality student experience
Grading and assessing
Providing on-line facilitation sessions (including tutorial development)
Future face-to-face facilitation
Facilitating Q & A workshop sessions
Guiding students towards employment outcomes
You’ll be perfect for the role if you can showcase:
Consistent professional delivery of course content
High level of communication skills
A knowledge of a variety of online facilitation methods
A good understanding of learning styles and personality types.
You’ll be highly regarded if:
You have facilitation / Online facilitation experience
Broad industry experience – minimum 5 years
Bachelor level experience / Graduate certificate of Teaching and Learning
