Flight Centre Group Travel experts specialise in arranging trips for groups of 10 up to 400, over a diverse range of clients whether it is a conference, corporate incentive, sporting body, or large family group. No two bookings are the same. The Groups team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join their dynamic team.
You will be:
Based in Brisbane CBD (Potentially open to remote role with specialist experience)
Developing knowledge and experience to become a group travel expert
Monday to Friday hours – No weekends!
Flexible roles available – Full Time or Part Time
Using your travel experience to sell the products and destinations you love
Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintain financial documents
Advising customers of travel regulations, visas and local customs
Working towards nationally recognised qualifications
All about you:
You have knowledge and experience with travel bookings and/or event management
You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI’s
Advanced computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
You’re driven, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
You have exceptional attention to detail
Over 12 months unrestricted work rights within Australia
Experience with GDS desired but not mandatory
About your benefits:
You will work on a base salary plus uncapped commission – the more you sell, the more you earn. Current AVG earnings for new consultant $69,450 plus super and penalties
