About the Opportunity:
As a member of the Operations Team, the Airport Representative of Discova is highly visible and actively searches for arriving and departing Discova guests! The Airport Representative must ensure that guests are met on arrival at the airport and seen off on departure in a warm, sincere, and upbeat manner, support a smooth transition to drivers, handle operational issues, and continually provide feedback on risks and improvements to the Airport Team Leader and/or Airport Concierge.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure amazing ‘Meet and Greet’ experience at airports through punctuality, personalised service and professional appearance in Discova-branded materials.
Create a memorable first impression with our ‘Meet and Greet’ travellers at the airport.
Ensure Welcome Information is provided to travellers and to retrieve contact information from them without an IDS Host.
Organise all banners for private and concierge services throughout the day.
Meet and exceed KPIs set by Discova.
Share your opinions about processes as Discova’s eyes and ears on the ground.
Join company training and ask your Operations Team for learning and development opportunities.
About you:
The Essentials:
Fluent in national local language and intermediate English ability.
Experience in a previous Customer Service role is an advantage.
The Attributes:
Outgoing personality with strong customer care focus.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
Open to a flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings, flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and able to remain calm under pressure.
