This award winning independent travel travel company are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager based in Wiltshire, paying up to £30K plus bonus.

Branch Manager, Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the day to day running of a busy travel agent
– Manage and motivate a team of travel consultants to hit and exceed profit targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
– Liaise with regional operations manager to conduct monthly staff performance reviews

Branch Manager, Skills Required:
– Recent experience of retail branch management within travel
– Sound knowledge of the retail travel industry
– Working knowledge of a GDS, Sabre preferred
– Excellent people management experience

Additional Information:
– Paying up to £30K + performance related bonus
– Based in Wiltshire
– Working Mon – Fri 09.30 – 17.30 and some Saturdays 09.30 – 17.00.
