The company successfully operates multiple hotels & resorts in the state including LaRiSa Resort, Manali, 8fold by LaRiSa, Shimla, 8fold by LaRiSa, Jibhi and Golden Rock Dharamshala - AM Hotel Kollection; this new resort will increase the number of LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts in the state to five.

The resort is spread over 2.5 acres and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026. The resort has beautiful landscaping & flowering plants to enhance the guest experience and includes a herb garden, fruit bearing trees which promote the farm to table concept. The focal point of this magnificent garden is the tranquil and aesthetically designed fish pond with a variety of fish that evoke Yin Yang for balance in life.
The resort offers 20 well-designed rooms & suites, each with a balcony, that ranges from 400 sq. ft to 850 sq. ft of personal space and the rooms have a view of the city and the mountains.
