The Singapore EDITION gets restorative with a healthy mid-year reset

Indulgent yet healthy, this summer's offerings stand to bring guests to the pink of health

As the world heads into the midpoint of 2026, The Singapore EDITION casts the spotlight on wellness, mental health, and restorative living.

Throughout May and June, the hotel welcomes guests in serious need of a personal reset with a series of considered experiences designed with optimal health in mind.

From an exquisite afternoon tea redolent with the flavours of summer, to treatments that give guests a healthy glow, and sunset routines to get one back in sync, it is definitely a season not just to get well, but to get better.

A ticket to healthy indulgence

A dedicated half-day of self-care awaits with the Wellness Indulgence Pass at The Spa where guests are invited to take a midweek pause.

The Wellness Indulgence Pass is available from Wednesdays to Fridays at SGD 360++ per person.

Reservations are accepted exclusively via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +65 9272 6273.

The pass gives them access to the hotel's fully equipped gymnasium, furnished with the latest Technogym machines spanning cardio and strength-building tools, as well as a dedicated studio space for yoga and quiet reflection.

The experience continues in The Spa's thermal suite, where guests unwind in the jacuzzi, release tension in the sauna, restore the skin in the steam room and invigorate the body at the ice fountain.

A 90-minute body massage and thermal foot treatment follow, before the journey concludes at the Lobby Bar with a restorative Afternoon Tea beneath a canopy of greenery and natural light.

What’s the tea?

The Summer Afternoon Tea, launching 1 May, presents to guests of the Wellness Indulgence Pass the Summer Fields menu which opens with three classic sandwiches, Smoked Salmon with Dill, Cucumber with Lemon Cream Cheese and Egg Mayonnaise with Watercress.

Also on the menu is a composed seafood course featuring a Crab Tartlet with Apricot Gel and Chives and a Prawn Cannoli with Smoked Hollandaise and Charred Lime.

The savoury selection concludes with a Beef Tartare Roll finished with Heirloom Tomato Jelly and fresh Chives.

The sweet course follows with freshly baked Classic Plain Scones served with seasonal berry preserves and Cornish clotted cream, paired with a curated selection of ten JING teas.

Pastries include a Passion Fruit, Raspberry and Almond Tart on a buttery Almond Shortbread base with Passion Fruit Crémeux and Raspberry Confiture and a Matcha, Hibiscus and Lime creation layering Hibiscus Red Fruit Jam and Matcha Chocolate Mousse over a Matcha Lime crunch base.

May Thursday ICON: A Night for the Mind

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the hotel's monthly Lobby Bar activation, Thursday ICON, takes on renewed meaning this May with a session dedicated to mental wellbeing.

Set against the signature pink backlit bar and surrounding greenery, the evening invites guests to slow down through the meditative resonance of live gong by gong alchemist, Noel Tuan, alongside the disco and funk-inflected sets of DJ Zafirah, a mindful interlude designed to encourage presence, connection and a deliberate pause from the digital world.

No reservations are required. Thursday ICONS takes place on the last Thursday of each month. This session is scheduled for 28th May from 9 PM.

Global Wellness Day at The ROOF

In observance of Global Wellness Day, The ROOF will host a three-hour Sunset Experience conceived as a journey back to the self.
