Winter, who brings over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, previously served as Managing Director of Swire Hotels. His leadership will be pivotal as The PuLi Group aims to evolve from a single iconic hotel into a collection of distinctive luxury properties. Winter will oversee strategic direction, brand development, and portfolio growth, working closely with an experienced executive team to expand the group's presence in key Asian markets.

In his new role, Winter will also manage The PuXuan in Beijing and The RuMa in Kuala Lumpur, both under Urban Resort Concepts.
