O’Learys opens a second sports bar in Dubai at Millennium Lakeview Hotel

For sports fans, all the big games will be shown on several large TV screens throughout the property, while karaoke and billiards will provide the perfect accompaniment for a night out with friends. Millennium Hotels and Resorts pledges S$1 Million to Community Chest
Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Singapore’s largest homegrown owner and operator and global hotel leader, Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) has renewed its partnership with Community Chest (ComChest) with a three-year pledge amounting S$1 million in monetary donations towards vulnerable communities across Singapore. A partner of ComChest since 2023, MHR is contributing S$500,000 in 2025 followed by S$250,000 annually in 2026 and 2027 towards children with special needs and youths at risk – one of ComChest’s focus areas. MHR will also continue to support ComChest’s Change for Charity initiative which supports more than 200 critical social service programmes. Since 2022, Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) has embraced inclusive hiring practices, actively employing individuals with disabilities as part of its commitment to creating an equitable workplace. Department heads are trained to understand the unique needs of these team members and match them with roles that suit their strengths. Duties are carefully tailored to ensure a supportive environment. To officiate its renewed partnership with ComChest, MHR will host its Annual Charity Dinner on 29 August 2025 as part of the company’s 30th anniversary celebrations to reinforce MHR’s ongoing dedication to philanthropy and supporting Singapore’s vulnerable communities. To commemorate Singapore’s 60th year of independence, MHR is rallying employee donations in support of SGSHARE through direct donations or payroll deductions, the nationwide giving initiative by Community Chest. Expanding its social community efforts, MHR is also sponsoring a monthly meal programme from April to December 2025 in collaboration with The Salvation Army’s Gracehaven Children’s Home. Millennium Hotels and Resorts Partners with Aiello
Natural Language Processing (NLP) startup Aiello just announced its partnership with Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR). This collaboration aims to redefine standards in the hospitality industry by deploying the AI-powered Aiello Voice Assistant (AVA) across six MHR’s properties in Singapore and Thailand, including Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, Orchard Hotel Singapore, M Social Hotel Singapore, Studio M Hotel Singapore, M Hotel Singapore City Centre and M Social Hotel Phuket in Thailand. Leveraging Aiello’s innovative AI technology, this strategic initiative aims not only to enhance the guest experience through personalized, voice-activated services but also to establish new benchmarks for operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. MHR also unveiled an unboxing video of AVA, demonstrating the AI assistant's innovative features alongside an interview detailing the collaboration with Aiello for the perusal of its stakeholders. Global hospitality brand Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) relaunched its global travel loyalty programme MyMillennium. The revitalised programme offers guests in three new tiers: Classic, Silver, and Prestige. Under this new scheme, members may now enjoy a greater range of personalised experiences, exclusive rates, and enhanced rewards across stays, dining, and more. Millennium Hotels and Resorts presents its initiatives for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) commemorates Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October with several activities honouring those who survived the dread disease, as well as their allies. The hospitality brand partnered with survivor and advocate Jill Alphonso and expert sound-healer Michele Chong to organise a one-day wellness event on 13th October at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel's Waterfront Ballroom to empower and inspire hope for the community. Alphonso will lead a yoga session designed to boost confidence and resilience, while Chong will guide participants through a therapeutic sound healing experience, promoting relaxation and wellness. Participants can also take part in a meaningful sharing session dedicated to helping individuals explore their internal landscape for healing. The event will also feature a marketplace with various brands supporting breast cancer survivors, offering mementos, screenings, and educational materials.
