Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC) and  have announced plans to open Thailand's first DreamWorks Animation-themed hotel at Aquatique Pattaya. This collaboration aims to enhance Pattaya's reputation as a premier family entertainment and tourism destination.

Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2033, the luxury hotel will feature approximately 300 rooms and an immersive experience that integrates DreamWorks Animation stories and characters throughout the guest stay. The development will also include a significant indoor-outdoor themed water park, designed to be a major entertainment attraction on Pattaya's beachfront.

AWC's CEO, Wallapa Traisorat, highlighted the project's potential to transform Aquatique into a comprehensive family destination. "With Thailand’s first DreamWorks Animation-themed hotel, Aquatique moves beyond a collection of world-class components to become a complete story," she said.

Gerald Raines, Senior Vice President at Universal Destinations & Experiences, expressed excitement about the collaboration. "We’re exploring new ways to bring [DreamWorks Animation stories] to life, from the energy and adventure of a themed water park to a hotel where the storytelling extends throughout the stay," he stated.

Aquatique Pattaya is strategically located within the Eastern Economic Corridor, benefiting from infrastructure investments like high-speed rail and U-Tapao International Airport. The project is expected to drive sustainable tourism, stimulate local economic growth, and provide long-term value for the community.
