BLS International has introduced an AI-powered VoiceBot to assist visa applicants for the SpainโIreland mission, providing round-the-clock support. The service, which follows a successful deployment in Canada, aims to reduce wait times and eliminate reliance on traditional queue systems by offering real-time, human-like interactions in over 15 languages.
The VoiceBot addresses a wide range of visa-related queries, from basic FAQs to detailed guidance on documentation and consular services. It supports languages including Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Chinese, and Russian, facilitating seamless communication with customers across Europe, the US, Canada, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, China, the RCIS region, and India.
