Dream Cruises launches pickleball at sea with Performance Pickleball

This initiative comes ahead of the Epic World Championship, a landmark pickleball tournament set to take place in Singapore

Dream Cruises has partnered with Performance Pickleball to introduce an exclusive pickleball clinic at sea aboard the Genting Dream from 3 to 6 February 2026.

This collaboration marks the first-ever pickleball-at-sea experience, offering passengers a unique opportunity to engage in the sport whilst cruising from Singapore to Phuket.

Michael Goh, President of StarDream Cruises, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, and we’re excited to bring that energy onto Genting Dream.”

Founders of Umeus Group and Performance Pickleball, Jeremy and Jeovanne, added, “Partnering with Dream Cruises allows us to take the sport to the next frontier — literally at sea.”

This initiative comes ahead of the Epic World Championship, a landmark pickleball tournament set to take place in Singapore from 30 April to 4 May 2026. The cruise offers participants a chance to hone their skills before the global event.

Powerhouse pickleball partnership

Performance Pickleball, a leader in Singapore's pickleball scene, is renowned for its innovative approach, including the introduction of smart and cushioned courts.

The collaboration with Dream Cruises will feature Performance Pickleball’s professional mobile court and introductory clinics led by their highly trained coaches.

That said, passengers will also have access to a curated range of retail offerings, ensuring an unparalleled sporting experience.

Participants can sign up for the pickleball clinic at the “Box Office Counter” on Deck 6, with limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition to pickleball, guests can enjoy a variety of onboard activities, including waterslides, theatrical shows, and diverse dining options.
