Euroairlines, a Spanish air distribution company, has announced a new interline agreement with Hong Kong-based Greater Bay Airlines to bolster their presence in Asia and extend their flight networks. This collaboration aims to provide passengers with a broader array of travel options by integrating the flight networks of both airlines.
The agreement allows Euroairlines to enhance its footprint in the Asian market, offering customers access to a wider range of destinations. Meanwhile, Greater Bay Airlines will gain entry to new routes in Central Asia and the Middle East and expand its distribution through travel agencies in over 75 international markets where Euroairlines operates.
Antonio López-Lázaro, CEO of Euroairlines, stated, “This agreement allows us to offer our customers more destinations and greater travel options to Asia, one of the most dynamic markets in the world.” He added that the partnership strengthens Euroairlines' international growth strategy and reinforces its presence on key routes.
Greater Bay Airlines, which began operations in July 2022, currently serves major routes to cities including Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, and Taipei. The interline agreement will enable Euroairlines passengers to seamlessly combine flights from both carriers, enhancing their travel experience with increased flexibility and convenience.
This partnership not only expands travel opportunities for passengers and travel agencies but also solidifies Euroairlines and Greater Bay Airlines as significant players in the global aviation market, enhancing connectivity between Europe and Asia
