Afterhours Air Support Consultant
About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Sabre savvy Afterhours Air Support consultant to provide air support to all brands across the Americas outside of regular business hours.

Lead by example in behavior, attitude, and philosophies
Keep up to date with new information and changes within the business and airline industry
Sabre skillset essential
Solid understanding of fare rules and the ability to decipher the rules into what makes sense
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, email queries, process Sabre queues, refund enquires and eGlobal enquires and ticketing as per SLA requirements.
Send out important waiver information via Workplace and Internal communications such as emails, meetings, and shared database postings.
Communicate with the Ticketing Teams to help resolve issues and minimize losses
Assist Consultants with Reissue and Exchange Quotes
Use waivers and favors to minimize front line and Ticket Centre losses
Store and validate Nett Fares where required
Communicate Urgent Ticket Issuance requests to Ticketing
Issue urgent tickets if time constraints call for it
Cover any shifts including holidays & changes in hours as required by the business
Weekends and holidays are required.
This is a work from home position due to the late hours and safety.

Experience & Qualifications:
Fares and GDS experience – Essential
Min 1 year FCTG knowledge – Preferred
Positive Attitude – Essential
Customer Service Oriented – Essential
